Inspection Comments | THERE WAS A FIRE THAT OCCURRED THIS MORNING AT PLAY PALZ AT 115 MOONEY DRIVE IN BOURBONNAIS. THE FIRE STATED IN BACK OF THE STOVE AT A LOOSE GAS PIPE. ALL FOOD THAT WAS EXPOSED TO THE FIRE WAS THROWN AWAY. A LIST WAS MADE OF ALL FOOD THAT WAS THROWN AWAY. ALL UTENSILS AND EQUIPMENT THAT WAS EXPOSED TO THE FIRE WAS CLEANED AND SANITIZED. OWNER IS TRYING TO FIND AN NSF APPROVED STOVE. WILL TRANSPORT FOOD IN A THERMAL BAG TO MAINTAIN PROPER TEMPERATURE FROM OTHER LOCATION IN KANKAKEE. |
